Once collected, standard delivery takes 2–3 business days across South Africa. Total delivery time is therefore estimated at 4–7 business days from payment confirmation.

For your absolute peace of mind, 100% of our shipments are fully insured against breakage or transit loss. We do not cut corners on safety; a premium transit insurance fee is automatically built into our shipping structures to guarantee your order is protected from our door to yours.
In the rare event that an item is broken by the courier during transit, we will take care of you completely.

To protect both your purchase and our small business against courier handling mishaps, all fragile orders require a continuous, unedited unboxing video to validate transit insurance claims.
Our Quick 3-Step Safety Checklist upon arrival:
- Before opening your package, take a quick look at the box to ensure it hasn't been crushed or pierced.
- Set your phone to record a continuous video showing the carrier label, and film yourself opening the box.
- Inspect the item on camera.
In the highly unlikely event that your item was damaged during transit, simply email us your unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. This allows us to instantly activate our transit insurance, take care of you completely, and process your resolution without delay. Please note that transit damage claims cannot be processed without this vital visual proof.
