Did you Know?

During the 1970s, European designers completely revolutionized household storage by utilizing high-tech melamine resins, which could be moulded into fluid, seamless shapes with rounded safety corners that traditional timber cabinets couldn't achieve. Gilac became an absolute staple of French mid-century homes because their glossy surfaces were completely water-resistant, meaning they wouldn't warp, peel, or catch mold in a steamy, hot-showering bathroom.
