Vintage Condition

Very good vintage structural condition with original parts intact. The oil pigments remain exceptionally bright, the painting surface is flat, and the rare convex glass is clean and completely free of chips or cracks.

Visible Flaws: As clearly documented in the macro profile images, there is a clean, natural hairline structural age crack running through the top centre of the turned wood frame from the inner gold lip down to the black outer edge. There is also very minor paint crazing on the black rim and light historic shelf dust on the back board, all perfectly typical of an authentic 50+ year old item.
