Unlike modern ceramic stoneware replacements sold today, this genuine vintage piece is made from space-age Pyroceram glass-ceramic.

Legendary for its ability to handle extreme thermal shock — take it straight from the freezer directly onto a gas or electric stovetop burner, under a high-heat broiler, or into a hot oven without cracking. Perfect for large roasts, lasagne, buffet bakes, and oven-to-table entertaining.
