Showcasing the iconic, deeply saturated cobalt blue "Anemone" pattern hand-painted on a signature grey-white stoneware base.

Designed by ceramic pioneer Ulla Procopé, the heavy vitrified body features bold, fluid floral brushstrokes across the container body and a thick accent band running along the rim flange of the matching domed lid, all covered in a high-gloss glaze that reflects ambient room lighting beautifully. The structural circular form features a robust, integrated loop handle on the lid, demonstrating premier Scandinavian functionalism. 

Arabia Finland's "Anemone" series stands as a globally recognized benchmark of mid-century Scandinavian studio pottery, celebrating the integration of thick, robust stoneware with hand-applied artisanal detailing. The distinctive glaze application involved paint-decoration directly onto unglazed bisqueware before applying a protective clear overglaze, creating a permanent, scratch-proof layer that locks in the deep iron-and-cobalt blue pigmentation.
