37-Piece Vintage Colclough Braganza Fine Bone China Tea Service.

An extensive and stunning vintage tea service in the iconic Braganza pattern (No. 8454). The crisp white English porcelain body creates a high-contrast base for trailing blue cornflower and teal floral transfers, while gold scrollwork on the cup handles adds a premium tactile finish. Elegant scalloped rims are accented with a rich 22ct gold gilt finish, and the light, delicate clay body is typical of premium post-war Staffordshire pottery.

The clear factory marks visible on the undersides verify that this set hails from the late 1960s to early 1970s production window under Ridgeway management, long before production was consolidated and ultimately phased out.

Manufactured by Colclough China at the Vale Potteries in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent. The clear backstamp shows the genuine vintage Colclough makers mark surmounted by a crown, declaring "Bone China, Made in England, A Product of Ridgeway Potteries Ltd.

Famous pop culture connection: This is the exact pattern used on-screen as Hyacinth Bucket's coveted "Royal Doulton with the hand-painted periwinkles" in the iconic BBC comedy Keeping Up Appearances.
