Vintage pair of emerald green appetizer bowls and an ashtray by the French brand Arcoroc.

This stunning collector set of pressed tempered glass in a signature emerald green colour were multi-functional pieces of table glassware, part of Arcoroc's vintage "Diamant" (Diamond) pattern glass line.

Common original uses included ramekins or appetizer bowls for serving appetizers, tapas, nuts, or snacks during an aperitif dinner. Some square and round versions in this specific diamond pattern were also marketed and used as ashtrays.

Arcoroc (a brand under Arc International, sometimes associated with Arcopal or Luminarc) made these in France during the 1960s and 1970s.

As a genuine pre-loved mid-century utility item, it also exhibits distinct, light surface scratching and utensil track lines distributed across the flat interior basin base from historical mixing and service use.

These are entirely superficial character marks from honest usage that do not compromise the glass integrity or the textured exterior presentation.
