Boksburg East Potteries: Tree Bark Vase

Vintage Boksburg East Potteries (BEP) Lucia Ware tree bark trough planter in forest green glaze — made in South Africa, 1950s–1960s.

Masterfully sculpted to mimic natural craggy tree bark, heavily texturised and finished in a vibrant glossy forest-green glaze. The interior features a clean oblong trough with four integrated ceramic corner brackets to securely hold a rectangular plastic liner, flower frog mesh, or anchoring bricks for floral arrangements. A gorgeous pop of retro texture for any contemporary home shelf, mantelpiece, or windowsill.
