Secla (Sociedade de Exportação de Cerâmica Lda) was a Portuguese ceramics company founded in the mid-20th century, based in Caldas da Rainha — Portugal's historic pottery capital. The company became well known internationally for its distinctive hand-decorated earthenware and stoneware, exporting widely to Europe, the UK, and beyond during the 1960s and 1970s. Their embossed and relief-decorated pieces are particularly sought after by mid-century modern collectors today.
