The Shadow Iris pattern is one of the most visually striking designs in the entire CorningWare range — and one of the rarest. Produced from 1986 to 2000, it was manufactured exclusively in France, making it a premium-tier collector’s piece. French Pyroceram production used a denser glass-ceramic formulation than American-made pieces, resulting in a noticeably heavier, more substantial feel. New Old Stock examples in this pattern with the original lid intact are exceptionally difficult to find.
