This vintage pictorial map print displays a stylized cartographic overview of the Caribbean Windward Islands, covering Martinique, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, and the Grenadines down to Grenada.

The artwork incorporates hand-lettered text, watercolour-style blue and green washes, an ornate compass rose flanked by two whales, and an illustration of an old sailing galleon. Housed in a dark mahogany-finished wood frame with a gold-leaf inner rim border, this decorative print adds an immediate nautical touch to a beach cottage or coastal study.

Authentic 1980s cruising map illustrated by the regional Caribbean artist Xandra. It was originally commissioned to serve as the signature visual overview for the early editions of Chris Doyle’s definitive maritime cruising text, "Sailors' Guide to the Windward Islands". It features the hand-written signature and date attribution reading "Xandra 84'" printed directly into the lower right plate corner.
