Beautiful vintage trinket box crafted by the renowned English potter Hammersley. Featuring plums, berries, and delicate floral detail with a gold-trimmed rim.

Stamped "A Division of Royal Worcester Spode", dating its manufacture to the late 1970s or 1980s. Features hand-painted batch and decorator numbers on the base and inside the lid.

Hammersley & Co. was founded in Longton, Staffordshire in 1887 and became celebrated for its fine bone china giftware and trinket boxes. Hammersley trinket boxes are highly collectible today, particularly those featuring the rich fruit and floral patterns that defined their mid-century aesthetic.
